Attention Journeyman Candidates:

Attention all electrical apprentices that are ready to take the journeyman test but just want a little confidence boost.

Announcing a Practical Practice opportunity. Candidates for Journeyman testing will be given an opportunity to practice their skills and receive feedback.

IEC Education of Utah’s instructor Dave Vuyk will be supervising. The cost is $85.

Candidates will practice and receive tips in the following areas:

  • Material Identification
  • Transformer Hookup
  • Three and Four way switching
  • Conduit Bending
  • Motor Control (Forward/Reverse motor)

Classes will be limited to eight participants, so you can be assured some one-on-one assistance. Pre-registration will ensure a spot and is recommended.  Candidates can show up on the day of the class; however, if the class is full, you will not be allowed to participate in the class
